Our Business Model

Based on our diverse project experience, we guarantee standardised processes in order to meet the quality requirements of our customers at all times. Regardless of whether professionals with specialised skills are required or a whole order has to be handled by one of our expert teams, together we will find the right form of cooperation. This cooperation may take the form of work contracts, fee contracts, service contracts or consultancy contracts.

How does it work?

    1. In the initial phase of order processing, the customer defines his project goal. The first consideration is which engineering services are needed and/or which component or assembly should be developed or co-developed. This involves determining the project duration, required staff capacities, and other project-related parameters. This phase ends with the creation of the project tender.
    2. In the following second phase, the project will be put out for external tender. Now, GAME Engineering  applies for the advertised project. Alternatively, the customer may contact GAME Engineering directly for an enquiry or a quotation.
    3. The necessary development services are then calculated, suitable forms of cooperation or contracting are selected, and the employee capacities at GAME Engineering are evaluated internally. This phase ends with the submission of the finalised offer.
    4. During the next stage, both sides discuss the offer. If any, differences of opinion are addressed, and possible solutions are defined.
    5. A decision will then be made whether cooperation should take place.
    6. If so, a contract is concluded in the final phase of order processing.

We will find a suitable form of cooperation.
